What is mercerized cotton

Resilient silicone oil and resilient silicone resin can be enhanced
(1) high resilience mercerized silicone oil: is a special modified organosiloxane polymer. Suitable for cotton, rayon, Tencel, nylon, modal and other high-grade fabrics elasticity, mercerization, skin finishing. Also has excellent high stability, high crease recovery, anti-roll hem easy to cut, hydrophilic washability. Give the fabric fabric excellent skin comfort.
2) High resilience silicone resin.
It is a new type of epoxy, polyether and resin cross-linked special structure of high molecular silicone. Spider web-like molecular structure, large molecular weight, can give the fabric loose, slippery elastic, bone, rich and thick delicate feel, and has a good touch and washability. At the same time, it has excellent high stability, high crease recovery force, anti-rolling edge easy to cut, hydrophilic and washable.
Suitable for most cotton textiles rebound finishing, especially suitable for mercerized cotton, nylon, viscose, cotton imitation Tencel, silk and other high-end fabrics rebound feel processing.
Elastic silicone resin working principle
Water-based silicone resin has good film-forming properties, hydrolysis resistance, high and low temperature resistance, excellent tensile strength and flexibility. It can be applied in textile to make the fabric with the effect of soft and smooth rebound, and the mesh film structure attached to the fabric fiber is resistant to washing and rubbing, giving the fabric a lasting effect of soft and smooth rebound.
