Most manufacturers of plastic track materials believe that TVOC is mainly caused by solvents, and such a small amount of driers will not have an impact. ——The truth is exactly the opposite! Qualitative and quantitative data show that most of the reasons for TVOC exceeding the standard are not solvents, because many companies basically do not add solvents in construction. Even if solvents are used, a small amount of solvents have extremely low boiling points and are easy to Volatile, almost no residue – Qualitative and quantitative results show that the largest contributors to TVOC are neodecanoic acid/isooctanoic acid and alkanes below C15. Why does CUCAT-V17/V18 contain almost no TVOC?

Because CUCAT-V17/V18 does not contain isooctanoic acid and neodecanoic acid, its reactive nature and high boiling point fully ensure that the product meets the strict TVOC standard requirements:

◆ The boiling point is above 350°C, which is much higher than the 250°C defined by VOC. It is not a VOC substance; it exceeds the upper limit specified by TVOC standard for synthetic materials in sports venues and will hardly increase the TVOC of synthetic materials, solving the problem of current ordinary organic bismuth and zinc drying. Drugs generally contain isooctanoic acid/neodecanoic acid, causing the problem of TVOC exceeding the standard.
