Coatings and printing inks, adhesives and sealants, room temperature curing systems
How to use | |
This additive can effectively reduce the surface tension of coatings and printing inks, thereby improving substrate wetting and preventing shrinkage. It can also improve surface smoothness and gloss. Anti-blocking properties can be improved in water-based systems. This additive is recommended for use in all solvent-based, solvent-free and water-based coatings, printing inks and varnishes.
Recommended dosage | |
The recommended dosage of this additive is 0.05-0.3% of the total formula (supplied form), water-based and UV systems can be added up to 1%. The above recommended dosage is for reference only, and the optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests. The additive can be added at any production stage, including post-addition. However, in order to reduce the foam stabilizing effect of the additive, it is recommended to add it at the final stage of manufacturing.
Shelf life and storage conditions
The shelf life of the original packaging when the storage temperature does not exceed 25℃ is 30 months |
Stored in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep container tightly sealed. They should be stored separately from oxidants and food chemicals, and avoid mixed storage. Equipped with the appropriate variety and quantity of fire equipment. The storage area should be equipped with emergency release equipment and suitable containment materials.
