After EU companies make formal requests, the EU has 15 months to make a final decision. The anti-dumping measures have been in effect since 1992 and were supposed to expire in July this year. But before the EU makes a decision, anti-dumping measures remain in effect. If the ruling remains unchanged, the 27.5% punitive tax rate will be extended to 2016.
