Technical Indicators/New low cost flame retardant FR730
This product is mainly used in polyurethane rigid foam, especially in the polyether combination of spray polyurethane foam. The self-extinguishing property, low temperature resistance, high temperature resistance, plasticity, ultraviolet stability and antistatic property of the resulting foam are better than adding other flame retardants.
The experience of polyurethane spraying production units shows that adding 10-12% of FR-730 flame retardant to the combination of polyether can achieve satisfactory flame retardant effect. In order to achieve the same flame retardant effect using TCEP/TCPP flame retardant, the addition amount should be more than 15%; too much flame retardant will make the strength of the foam decrease and the bonding deteriorate; in addition, when the addition amount of flame retardant is more than 20%, the whole polyurethane foaming multiplier decreases, the foam output rate decreases, which directly increases the cost of foam raw materials.
In addition, if the addition amount of FR-730 is increased appropriately or shared with other flame retardants to form a flame retardant synergy, it can achieve a higher fireproof grade and be used in occasions with higher fireproof requirements.
Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat source. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep the container sealed. Should be stored separately from oxidizers and edible chemicals, never mix them. Equipped with appropriate variety and quantity of fire-fighting equipment. The storage area should be equipped with leak emergency treatment equipment and suitable shelter materials.
