Physical properties
①The physical and chemical properties of the catalyst are strip-like φ5×(5-15).
② specific surface area greater than 100m2/g.
③Pore volume greater than or equal to 0.2mL/g.
④The average crushing strength is greater than 80N/pc.
⑤The bulk density is 0.95~1.05kg/L.
⑥Abrasion rate is less than 1.0% (m/m).
Use process conditions
Temperature: 180-280℃
Air speed: 1500-2500h-1
Pressure: Normal pressure-6MPa
Main characteristics
Wide adaptability of catalyst: it can adapt to the desulfurization of gas with minimum 3000ppm and maximum 100000ppm of hydrogen sulfide.
High purification degree: gas with different sulfur content can be purified up to 30ppm or less, and the lowest can reach 2ppm.
Good catalyst selectivity : capable of converting hydrogen sulfide in preference.
Catalyst consumption: the catalyst can be used for 3-5 years in one charge, and the amount of one charge is less compared with other catalysts of the same type.
