2. How to use: If used for polyurethane two-component composite materials, it is recommended to add the polyol (Polyol, P material) component. It is recommended to add it after dehydration and stir evenly; the usage amount depends on the product system and the It is related to hardness, etc., and the general dosage is 0.02~0.5% of the weight of P material. It is not recommended to add it to the isocyanate component (material I). If it must be added, be sure to conduct applicability and storage stability experiments first. Be sure to seal and store immediately after use.

3. Storage specifications: HDPE plastic barrel, 25/200kg/barrel. Store in a dry and cool warehouse, away from sunlight and rain. Unopened shelf life is 24 months.

4. Character description: slightly yellow transparent liquid, color (APHA) ≤ 400; density 1.590g/cm3 (25℃), viscosity 100±50mPa.s (25℃); metal bismuth content 20± 0.5%, has a special compound smell and is easily soluble in commonly used polyurethane raw materials. It does not contain restricted heavy metals, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, o-phenyl esters and other ingredients, and can pass strict environmental protection regulations such as the United States and the European Union. It is an environmentally friendly substitute for eliminating traditional organotin, mercury, lead and other catalysts. 5. Performance description has the typical characteristics of organobismuth environmentally friendly catalyst: Safe and environmentally friendly, it can replace organic lead, mercury, and tin in some applications; Compared with T9, it has Better hydrolysis resistance and stability; Promote NCO/OH reaction. In oily or water-based polyurethane, it can reduce the side reaction between water and NCO groups to a certain extent and reduce the generation of CO2, but the selectivity of reducing the reaction between isocyanate and water is not as good as CUCAT -HA/HAA/PD, etc.; Good compatibility, can be used alone or in combination with other organometallic compounds.
