1) Prepare a steel slag grinding aid. The raw material components and the parts by weight of each component are: 8 to 12 parts of acrylamide, 8 to 12 parts of benzamide, and 15 parts of alkanolamine. ~20 parts, 5~10 parts of ethylenediamine phosphate, 10~15 parts of calcium lignosulfonate, 8~12 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 0.1~0.5 parts of tributyl phosphate, 20~80 parts of water, preparation The method is: add acrylamide, benzamide, and alkanolamine to water in proportion to dissolve, then add ethylenediamine phosphate, calcium lignosulfonate, and sodium lignosulfonate commonly used antioxidants in sequence, mix and stir, and finally Add tributyl phosphate and stir to obtain steel slag grinding aid. The invention has a simple process and can improve the activity index of steel slag.

2) Prepare ethylenediamine phosphorus borate flame retardant carbon-forming agent. Take EDAP (ethylenediamine phosphate) Lomon titanium dioxide R9961.28Kg, place it with 310g boric acid in a 5L kneader, stir and mix at room temperature for 30 minutes, add 15g methylphenyl silicone oil and continue stirring for 30 minutes, raise the temperature to 190°C and react for 3 hours , unload to obtain flame retardant products.
