According to the person in charge of the project, this new type of green tire has the characteristics of high wear resistance and puncture resistance. The company has developed and launched polyurethane-filled solid tires, anti-corrosion special tires and polyurethane retread tires for special use places such as mines and port oil fields. It has filled and refreshed many gaps in the history of tire manufacturing and has broad market prospects.
It is understood that the project of Bainet (Xinxing) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. will step up the construction of new factories. The project plans a total investment of 300 million yuan, covering an area of 8,000 square meters. With a construction area of 6,800 square meters, it is designed to produce 1.2 million sets of polyurethane environmentally friendly tires annually. It is expected to have an annual output value of 1.6 billion yuan and generate more than 70 million yuan in tax revenue.
