The front of the house is an 1880s Victorian facade, and the second floor is a natural bluestone surface.
Arched geometric openings outline the new master bedroom windows, bringing shade to the first floor during the warmer months.
The interior layout was carefully designed to ensure that each room receives the maximum amount of daylight. Helping achieve this is a central courtyard.
