This new type of polyurethane memory foam material has been industrialized. The memory foam lumbar pillows and seat cushions developed and produced have been successfully used in the ejection seats of a series of aircraft, improving the seat quality. During the development process, technicians fully considered the physical properties and process performance of memory foam product formulas for use in different environments. Different applications have different requirements for the physical properties of foam. For example, pillows require softness and comfort, while mattresses require high hardness and good load-bearing capacity. When memory foam is used as cushioning material for aircraft and other vehicles, it also has a certain impact on flame retardancy. Higher requirements. Traditional memory foam is mainly prepared from PO-rich polyether polyol, which has large compression permanent deformation and is sensitive to temperature changes. This project designed and synthesized a special polyether for memory foam combined with an EO-rich polyether, and designed and synthesized a highly open-pore low molecular weight polyether polyol that matches the highly active foam stabilizer. The prepared memory foam product is compressed permanently It has good deformation performance and effectively solves the shortcomings of traditional memory foam such as large compression permanent deformation and poor durability, making it softer and more comfortable to the touch. The memory foam product developed is a composite memory foam, which has the characteristics of structural memory foam and air bag memory foam. It has the advantages of low dependence of shape memory on index and the product is non-sticky.
