Features
DK-580MG foam stabilizer is a silicone surfactant composed of silicon-carbon bonded polysiloxane-polyether copolymer. Its chemical structure is very stable and not easy to be hydrolyzed. It is a medium-to-high activity foam stabilizer, mainly used in the manufacture of 8-30kg/m3 density polyurethane soft foam, especially suitable for the production of soft cotton such as bust cotton, and the foam feels smooth.
DK-580MG foam stabilizer has been successfully used in box foaming and other various mechanical continuous foaming processes. It has good emulsifying ability, and can provide good pore structure and uniform density distribution.
