CORI Innolab (formerly known as CORI Traveller), the manufacturer of CORI SuperMask™ and SuperMask™ Active, recently launched an ultra-breathable, rechargeable high-performance mask. Users can retain the filtering effect of the mask through the electrostatic mechanism.
CORI Supercharged 96™ can filter out more than 96% of particles with a size of 0.3 microns. After washing and drying, rub the mask between your palms 5-10 times. This filtration efficiency can be retained for 60 times without deterioration.
Adjustable silicone straps allow the mask to fit a variety of users, with a median length from nose to chin of 8.5cm and up to 13cm. Combined with the unique C3 Ratio™ contours around the bridge of the nose and cheekbones, it fits the face tightly and reduces glasses fogging.
Electrostatic filtration, excellent breathability
How does it work? To achieve optimal breathability and ultra-high filtration performance, CORI Innolab designed a continuous filter array using specially selected materials. The outermost layer of biocompatible mesh polyurethane foam acts as a particle reducer, slowing down the speed of particles through its labyrinth-like microporous channels to achieve the target of larger particles between PM2.5 and PM10. Macro filtering.
Small particles that are not trapped by the foam will be decelerated and filtered by the hydrophobic non-woven mechanical/electrostatic filter (PM2.5 to PM0.3) and the innermost electrostatic The filter (PM0.3) intercepts, and the overall efficiency exceeds 96%.
The two filter layers can rub against each other to restore the electrostatic filtration performance of each layer and achieve extremely high performance.
