◆ The composite material has high strength after curing.

The final strength of the polyurethane/water glass composite material after curing is directly related to the reaction product and its completeness, which is highly dependent on the catalyst used. Compared with other catalysts, the CUCAT-WN series has a higher final strength of the composite material.

◆ Good compatibility with water glass.

Waterglass is a high-density water-soluble inorganic substance. Generally, catalysts mix with it and become turbid and incompatible. CUCAT-WN has good compatibility with water glass, low degree of two-phase separation, and is easily dispersed evenly in water glass, which is beneficial to catalytic reactions.

◆ Low odor, clean and friendly production environment.

Compared with other catalysts, it reduces olfactory stimulation to construction workers in closed environments.

◆ High activity, low dosage.

The catalytic activity is ladder-like, and the differences are as shown below, which can meet the requirements of various formulation processes and application fields. 3. Application fields

Using highly selective CUCAT-WN series catalysts, cheap water glass is introduced into polyurethane macromolecules synthesized from multiple substances such as isocyanate and water. It has adjustable curing speed, excellent heat insulation, and high temperature resistance and flame retardancy. (No need to add additional flame retardants), low cost and many other advantages. The application areas are as follows:

◆ Grouting combination for rapid reinforcement and sealing of broken layers such as coal seams and rock formations in coal mines and tunnels.

◆ Composite material for sealing and reinforcing cracks in reservoir dams and water pipelines, cracks in buildings and concrete, cracks in bridges and bridges, drilling walls, etc.

◆ Outdoor polyurethane-water glass flame retardant building thermal insulation layer combination material.

◆ Various types of polyurethane foam or non-foam composite materials for fire retardant purposes.

4. Instructions for use

Water can be added in advance during production.In the glass component, just stir evenly. To ensure uniform dispersion, it is recommended to stir thoroughly before on-site grouting. Never add isocyanate components to prevent gelation in the tank. The usage amount is generally 0.1 to 5% of the weight of water glass. Be sure to close the mouth of the jar immediately after use and avoid leaving it open.
