Preparation of sodium ferric pyrophosphate_industrial additives

UV adhesion promoter

Background and overview[1][3]

Sodium ferric pyrophosphate has been widely used as a new iron supplement in recent years. It is white or yellow-white powder, odorless and tasteless. Solubility: Iron is in complex form and does not catalyze oxidation reactions. Sodium ferric pyrophosphate can be used as a nutritional supplement. It is a new type of iron source. The iron exists in the form of a complex and does not catalyze oxidation reactions. It is very white in color and has a wide range of applications. It can be widely used in food, In the fields of table salt, health products, and medicine, it is mainly used in lighter-colored foods such as flour, grains, and table salt.

Preparation[1]

1) This method can generate 0.03 mol of the target product sodium ferric pyrophosphate. Add 0.03 mol of ferrous oxide to 6.92 g of phosphoric acid (mass concentration of 85%) and stir for 3 days at 200°C to obtain a white powder. Wash with acetone three times and then filter and dry. The product obtained is pure phase FeH2P2O7.

2) Mix 0.0315mol sodium oxalate and the FeH2P2O7 obtained in the above step through high-energy ball milling to obtain Sodium iron pyrophosphate precursor;

3) The precursor is placed in a hydrogen-argon mixed gas atmosphere, heated to 580°C at a rate of 5°C/min for sintering for 9 hours, and then naturally cooled to room temperature to obtain the sodium iron pyrophosphate material.

Preparations[2]

After research, it was found that the combination of sodium ferric pyrophosphate with non-dairy creamer, chocolate fruit powder, mannitol, milk powder, and an appropriate amount of sweetener has a good food taste. Use this as an auxiliary material and supplement it with appropriate Chewable tablets, dry suspensions, and granules of sodium ferric pyrophosphate made of binder xanthan gum (or gum arabic), sodium carboxymethylcellulose, vitamin C, zinc gluconate, and citric acid have a good taste and are It is beneficial to improve people’s compliance when they need to take sodium ferric pyrophosphate for a long time to supplement iron, thereby ensuring the efficacy of sodium ferric pyrophosphate in iron supplementation, prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia.

Prescription composition:

Sodium iron pyrophosphate 28.6g

Ny-dairy creamer 5000g

Skim milk powder 1000g

xanthan gum 30g

Carboxymethylcellulose sodium 100g

Vitamin C50g

Zinc gluconate 35g

An appropriate amount of acesulfame potassium

Made into 1000 bags (each bag contains 5mg of iron)

■Pass the sodium ferric pyrophosphate through a 100-mesh sieve. All excipients except povidone and vitamin C are passed through a 100-mesh sieve.

■Except for povidone and vitamin C, weigh the raw and auxiliary ingredients according to the prescribed amount (choose the appropriate amount of sweetening flavoring agent according to the specific variety) and mix evenly by adding equal amounts.

■Take povidone and prepare 10% PVP50% ethanol solution with ethanol and water.

■Use 10% PVP50% ethanol solution and mixed raw and auxiliary materials to make soft drinks.

■Granulate using a 16-mesh sieve, and dry the wet granules at 60°C to 70°C for 2 to 4 hours.

■Use a 16-mesh sieve to crush the grains.

■Take the vitamin C raw material, use a 14-mesh and 40-mesh sieve to select 14-mesh to 40-mesh vitamin C raw material particles and mix them evenly with the above particles.

■Take the mixed granules and measure the content of sodium ferric pyrophosphate, and then package according to the prescription amount and content.

CN201010293827.8 discloses a low-temperature silver-white metallic luster glaze, which contains sodium iron pyrophosphate, iron orthophosphate and ceramic base glaze. Sodium iron pyrophosphate:iron orthophosphate:ceramic base glaze=2~3:1: 4~7. The composition of the ceramic base glaze is albite:quartz:limestone:kaolin in a weight ratio of 20~50:2~5:0~2:3~10. The low-temperature silver-white metallic luster glaze of the present invention has fewer raw materials, wide sources, low price, the production process is the same as ordinary top glaze, and the glaze cost is low; the method of use is simple, it can be fired in one time, and the firing temperature is low, which is beneficial to energy saving. Environmentally friendly; the fired products have a beautiful, generous silver-white metallic luster, and are particularly suitable for use in ceramic wall tiles, ceramic mosaics, etc., with good decorative effects.

CN201010293828.2 discloses a low-temperature golden yellow metallic luster glaze and a preparation method thereof. A low-temperature golden yellow metallic luster glaze contains phosphorus iron material and ceramic base glaze, phosphorus iron material:ceramic base glaze (mass ratio) =0.5~1:1, in which the phosphorus iron material is composed of a mixture of sodium iron pyrophosphate and iron orthophosphate or sodium iron pyrophosphate, iron oxide and aluminum phosphate. The composition of the ceramic base glaze is albite:quartz: Limestone: Tosoh kaolin is 20~50:5~10:2~8:3~10. The low-temperature golden metallic luster glaze of the present invention has fewer raw materials and has low production cost. It can be fired at low temperature in one go, which is beneficial to energy conservation and environmental protection. The fired product has a beautiful golden metallic luster and is particularly suitable for manufacturing products with a golden appearance. Ceramic wall tiles, ceramic waistlines, ceramic mosaics, etc. have obvious decorative effects and are widely used.
