A silicone-free shampoo containing 0.2% active dose of cationic polymer PQ-10, cationic guar gum and APTAC/ACM was prepared. Shampoos were used to compare the pollution protection efficacy of different cationic polymers on Asian virgin hair.
Silicone shampoos were prepared with 0.2% active guar gum or cationic guar gum without 0.2% APTAC/ACM. Shampoo used to study the pollution protection efficacy of APTAC/ACM in Caucasian shampoo on Caucasian virgin hair.
