What is silicone?

4, good stability and non-migration;

5, silicone masterbatch is safe to use, easy to mix, stable performance, easy to disperse in the resin;

6, different additive amount has a direct impact on the performance, generally manifested in: low additive amount, will improve the plastic fluidity and internal smoothness, molding easier. When the addition amount is high, it will improve the surface properties of the material, including reducing the coefficient of friction and giving glossiness to the surface.

In some special fields, silicone masterbatch has good use effect:

1, in the halogen-free flame retardant wire and cable materials, can significantly improve the scratch resistance and prevent frost phenomenon.

2, in the automotive PP composite materials, can significantly improve the material’s scratch resistance, surface gloss and so on.
