Burghausen Production Base, Germany
The Burghausen plant was founded in 1914 and is located 110 kilometers east of Munich. It is WACKER’s main production base and its largest in Bavaria. Chemical production base. The base covers an area of 2 square kilometers, has nearly 10,000 employees, and has a total of about 150 factories producing thousands of products.

Holla, NorwayProduction base
The factory was established in 1964 with an area of 240,000m2. It was acquired by WACKER on July 1, 2011. It mainly produces silicon and microsilica powder. The production capacity is approximately 50,000 tons of silicon. The factory has continuously improved production processes and has a total of 180 employees.
The silicon produced by Holla is mainly used to meet part of the demand for silicone production at Wacker’s Nünchritz and Burghausen sites.
Jincheon, South Korea
WACKER’s Zhenchuan production base specializes in the production of silicone, two-component polyurethane and acrylic sealants for the construction industry. In 2010, WACKER acquired South Korea’s “Lucky Silicone” brand and its factory, which has the largest cartridge silicone production facility. Since its official launch in 1987, the “Lucky Silicone” brand has become a mature local Korean brand and the leading manufacturer with the highest market share in the field of silicone sealants for the construction industry.

In 1998, Wacker and Metroark, an Indian company, established a joint venture specializing in the production of silicones – Wacker Metroark. Chuac Chemicals Pte Ltd, in which WACKER holds a 51% stake.
